***** Jasper Morris. 50% whole bunch vinification, just bottled, 20% new wood. Mid crimson purple. Fine perfumed fruit, more class, less immediate density. The whole bunches really add distinction here, especially in the finish. The oak is nowhere to be seen and the tannins are very refined. Beautiful finish. Drink from 2026-2031. Tasted Nov 2023.
