**** Jasper Morris. Bottled in July. Destemmed. Some has been raised in barrel and a quarter in foudres. A beautiful fresh purple, lots of energy here, with a crunchy acidity behind the clean red fruit, very balanced. Drink from 2025-2027. Tasted Nov 2023.
