This is 100% 1er Cru blended between Aux Murgers (20%), Aux Cras (20%) and 60% from Le Richemone, but sold under a village designation as the cuvée name would not be allowed as a 1er cru. Heady dense purple, this nose explodes, perfectly in harmony with some whole bunch freshness. The darker fruit speaks of Nuits-St-Georges not the vintage. Scored as a 1er cru and clearly worthy of 5 stars on that basis. Huge length with a lightly saline freshness Tasted Nov 2019.
